Office Matters
We keep our credentials very well polished, and it shows in everything we do. You’ll notice how committed we are to starting each appointment on time. You’ll see that we offer evening and Saturday hours and maintain an account at a parking garage one block away. It’s why we can boast an award-winning office design that creates an inviting space, a place to relax and communicate comfortably.
It’s why we use staff meetings to work on staff development and improve how we manage our office. Read more on this subject in the December 2007 issue of the Chicago Dental Society Review, which includes an article that uses our practice as a model for maximizing the usefulness of staff meetings. Alan had a chance to address the issue of community building–and morale, by the way, in the May 2009 issue of Dentistry Today (pg1, pg2).
Clinical Excellence

Helping to Make Your Care Affordable
Part of providing the best dental care to our patients is helping to make it affordable. Laser Dental Care accepts CareCredit. A GE Money company, CareCredit functions like a credit card for all kinds of healthcare (even petcare). We encourage you to visit the company's website and explore how it works. (It is endorsed by the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, by the way.) Then call our Office Manager, Nadine Black, to go over the payment options we offer. And share this news with friends and colleagues. We hope you never have the need for CareCredit, but knowing it's out there may offer you some peace of mind. As for more conventional credit cards, Nadine submits virtually all our patients' dental care claims to insurers electronically. That means that if you charge the cost of your care at the time of your appointment, your reimbursement may arrive in the mail even before the deadline for your next credit card payment. If this service is one you're not taking advantage of, please speak with Nadine.
